My HK food diary
HONG KONG, China– I came, I saw, I ate.
Nah, actually, I wasn’t really able to go on a food trip on our recent family "vacation" in Hong Kong because we had to squeeze in a lot of activities during our brief stay. But because we did an awful lot of walking, there was naturally a lot of eating involved.

late lunch at Pan (Everything at $10) in Hong Kong: pineapple fried rice, marinated sole fish with white miso (very good!), fried assorted mushrooms with butter, Bonaqua mineral water
dinner at Singapore Nanxian Restaurant (C!ty’super foodcourt in Silvercord): fried kway teow, chinese tea

On the whole, it was an enjoyable, albeit very exhausting trip. I wish I could’ve eaten more, but then again there’s always next time.
